In a move reeking of leftist bias, Judge Juan Merchan, presiding over the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial, slammed President Trump with a gag order on Tuesday.

Under this order, Trump is forbidden from publicly discussing witnesses and jurors involved in the Stormy Daniels case, a clear attempt to muzzle the President’s freedom of speech.

CNBC reported:

A judge on Tuesday imposed a limited gag order on Donald Trump in his criminal hush money case in New York.

Trump must refrain from making public statements about likely witnesses and jurors in the case, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan said in a court order.

Trump is also barred from speaking about lawyers in the case, court staff, employees in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and their family members if those statements are made with the “intent to materially interfere” with the case, the judge ruled.

This suppression of Trump’s voice comes hot on the heels of Judge Merchan’s decision to set the trial for April 15, intensifying the already politically charged atmosphere surrounding the case.

Unsurprisingly, Trump wasted no time in denouncing the trial as a “witch hunt,” echoing sentiments shared by many who view the legal proceedings as politically motivated.

Stock up for Long Term Survival

Even as the President dared to voice his opinion during a press conference on Wall Street in New York City, his criticisms of Judge Merchan were met with swift backlash, illustrating the lengths to which the leftist establishment will go to silence dissenting voices.
