Tucker Carlson will surely rattle come cages with his latest blistering monologue which should serve as a warning to those who are complacent that the election is a done deal.

In a summer of rage following a spring of fear, the political dynamics in America have completely changed due to the coronavirus lockdowns and the subsequent insurrection by mobs that are loyal to Democrats rampaging in the streets.

With the nation more divided than during even the Civil War and the media pouring more gasoline on the fire, law-abiding citizens have been exposed to danger while police and the federal government are standing down.

The presumption that the lawlessness and anarchy will benefit President Trump in November as similar unrest did for Nixon in 1968 is not a given despite the smugness of many.

According to the Fox News host, the continuing criminality which he equated with terrorism could eventually come to damage Trump’s reelection hopes with those who are growing more frustrated that decisive action hasn’t been taken to quell the mobs.

Via The Washington Examiner, “Tucker Carlson: Trump may lose this election”:

Fox News host Tucker Carlson warned conservatives that President Trump may lose the election.

During Thursday’s airing of Tucker Carlson Tonight, the host, a supporter of Trump, said that it may be “tough” for Trump to win reelection if he does not adequately respond to civil unrest in the country.

“Not many people are saying it out loud on the Right. But the fact is that President Trump could well lose this election. In fact, unless fundamental facts change soon, it could be tough for him to be reelected,” Carlson said in his opening monologue. He said if former Vice President Joe Biden wins in November, the White House will be controlled by “radicals” who will “remake the country.”

“We’re fully aware that virtually nobody watching this show tonight wants to hear that, but it’s true, and key people around the president know that it’s true. They’ve seen the numbers,” he added. All the while, the chyron banner that appeared on the bottom of screen blared in all capital letters: “President Trump may lose this election.”

Carlson asserted that social cohesion in the country is eroding after nationwide protests have occurred following the Memorial Day death of George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

“An awful lot of people voted for Donald Trump precisely to avoid a moment like the one we’re now in,” Carlson said, stating that Trump’s instincts were on the side of order, tradition, and stability, but Carlson later remarked that during the rioting, Trump “said little” and “did less.”

Call it tough love.

Tucker drove home the possibility that Americans are desperate for a restoration of order by playing a harrowing clip of a mother trapped in her car with a young child while surrounded by insurrectionists.

Tucker did give President Trump credit for authorizing the arrest and prosecution for those anarchists who destroy statues on federal property as being a good start.

Carlson called for serious action:

“It would change the course of this country’s future if DOJ rounded up the leaders of Antifa tomorrow along with every single person caught on camera torching a building, destroying a monument, defacing a church & put them all in shackles.”
