Democrats have made it clear they are all-in for Black Lives Matter and support the movement.

But a leaked memo from 2015 shows that Democrats not only did not support BLM, but several top officials referred to the group as a radial organization, Breitbart reported.

The 2015 memo is from Troy Perry, who was serving as the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee’s Director of Diversity and Public Engagement at the time.

The memo, dated Nov. 19, 2015, detailed how the Democrats’ 2016 presidential candidates “have struggled to respond to tactics of the Black Lives Matter movement.”

“While there has been little engagement with House candidates, candidates and campaign staff should be prepared,” he said.

Perry also wrote that they did not want Republicans or the media to see the memo.

“This document should not be emailed or handed to anyone outside of the building,” he said. “Please only give campaign staff these best practices in meetings or over the phone.”

The memo went on to detail how BLM is a “radical movement to end ‘anti-black racism.’”

“Though police abuses are a central component, the founders view the movement more broadly,” the memo said.

“Criminal Justice System reform: sentencing reform, ending prison industrial complex, police reform: referring to hiring, training, and unfair policing tactics. An end to police brutality, the killings of unarmed African Americans (the impetus of the movement being the acquittal of George Zimmerman),” it said.

The memo said the organization also wanted to “collect data on police shootings” and called for the “demilitarization of the police.”

“If approached by BLM activists, campaign staff should offer to meet with local activists. Invited BLM attendees should be limited. Please aim for personal or small group meetings,” it said.

The memo noted that “BLM activists don’t want their movement co-opted by the Democrat Party” and “They are (leery) of politicians who hijack their message to win campaigns.”

It warned candidates “Do not say ‘all lives matter’ nor mention ‘black on black crime’” because “these are all viewed as red herring attacks. This response will garner additional media scrutiny and only anger BLM activists” and said “this is the worst response.”

“The changes come amid a tense national conversation on race and police. In extraordinary cases just this week, an LA Galaxy soccer player was fired because of his wife’s posts on Black Lives Matter; a UCLA lecturer was suspended for pointedly refusing to cancel his exam for black students; and a Cornell Law School faculty member was threatened with termination for criticizing the group. (Cornell’s dean later issued a defense of academic freedom while condemning the faculty member’s remarks),” Fox News reported.
