Nicole Crosby is a name that has been mentioned quite extensively in local Florida politics over the past few years. Per First Coast News, Crosby is the advertising manager for County Commission Candidates Ann Taylor and Anne Marie-Evans. Crosby has been a frequent commenter on The DC Patriot as she claims to be a staunch Republican that was only a Democrat for one year in her life.

She claims in her own words that she was a Democrat in 2020 and returned back to the Republican Party afterward. Due to Crosby’s aggressive denials I decided to take a deeper look at who is attempting to influence local Florida elections. Nicole Crosby appears to have joined the Indivisible St. Johns County Facebook group in 2022.

If you are unaware of Indivisible, it is a group of radical left wing activists that formed during Donald Trump’s presidency to stop MAGA. Per one of the few sections of the Indivisible website which remains public, they modeled their plan of action around the grassroots Tea Party which thwarted much of the Obama agenda.

This pattern seems to fit so far, so I kept looking.

Indivisible isn’t a fly by night outfit. As you can see below from this screen shot taken directly from George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, they received a substantial amount of funding in 2018, shortly after their launch.

We can see from Crosby’s social media activity that she is engaged with the group. I requested (and was surprisingly allowed to join) the Indivisible Facebook page to search for information just like this. Being familiar with Indivisible, I decided to keep looking at who Crosby is, and why she might be engaged with 2 local candidates for office in Florida.

What I found was that Crosby had been engaged in the same type of activism in Connecticut before moving to Florida. In fact, she openly fought against construction of a synagogue by using “overdevelopment” as her message.

Do you support the U.S. government increasing restrictions or a potential ban on TikTok over national security concerns?

By completing the poll, you agree to receive emails from The DC Patriot, occasional offers from our partners and that you've read and agree to our privacy policy and legal statement.

Seeing this pattern from Crosby was quite alarming. It appeared that she had used the exact same playbook over a decade ago. This led me to take a deeper look at the two candidates she was supporting and who might be supporting them.

For complete transparency, I have no relationships with any Florida developers, I have received no compensation from any developer in Florida, I simply cherish facts.

It has been confirmed by local media that Ann Taylor and Anne Marie-Evans are utilizing Crosby in an official manner as their marketing manager.

Crosby has publicly stated on social media that developers hate her. Both Taylor and Evans are running campaigns based on “slow growth” or “stop overdevelopment”, but is this genuine?

The next few paragraphs will prove that the entire premise of “developer hate” is false. Not only do developers not hate the campaign of “The Anns”, but they are also financially supported by 1 developer in particular.

The Crosby family has personally donated to Ann Taylor with maximum donations.

Janowiecki who now controls the PAC formerly operated by Gaglianese and Gross is also a max donor to Taylor.

It is on Evans financial reports that we begin to see another family appear for the first time. The family in question is the Condron family.

Condron also appears on Taylor’s financial reports on the same day as Taylor’s with a maximum donation.

Who are the Condrons you might ask? Nancy Condron is the wife of Gary Condron, founder of mega developer Conlan Companies.

Per the financial transparency site Open Secrets, the Condrons are also extremely active Democrat donors.

In fact, at a quick glance, all of Condron’s Federal donations seem to support Democrat candidates exclusively.

Why would local “slow the growth” Republican candidates receive monetary support from developers who also happened to be Democrat mega donors?

It is undeniable that both Taylor and Evans are directly connected to Crosby. It is also undeniable that Taylor and Evans are supported by a particular developer who donates exclusively and extensively to Democrat candidates.

It is not clear if Taylor and Evans are complicit or oblivious to the plot unfolding in Saint Johns County Florida. What is clear is that the voters should give them a long hard look before deciding to cast their ballot. We continue to see the associations of Gross, Gaglianese and Crosby with questionable candidates. Why? There are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences either.

UPDATE: I have just received this screen shot which was typed by Gloria North, and I am told it was sent to members of the local Republican Party months ago. You be the judge.
