Radical leftist judge Merchan has dismissed his courtroom for today. There will be no verdict reached today. As reported by Paul Ingrassia, the hearing will reconvene tomorrow morning at 9:30 A.M EST. After holding session into the evening hours on Tuesday, it was speculated that Merchan preferred to not keep court in session late on Wednesday.

The question remains if Donald Trump will be convicted by a jury on Thursday. Merchan said the schedule for tomorrow and Friday will depend on the status of jury deliberations.

The 12 Manhattan residents are charged with the responsibility of reaching a unanimous decision on each of the counts accusing Trump of falsification of business records.

Prior to the jurors receiving the case, Justice Juan Merchan, presiding over the trial, issued crucial instructions outlining the legal issues they must deliberate on and the criteria they must meet if they are to find Trump guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He urged them to set aside any biases they might hold for or against Trump.

“Jurors, you will recall that during jury selection, you agreed that you must set aside any opinions or bias you have in favor of or against the defendant and decide this case based on the evidence and the law,” the judge stated. “You must set aside any opinions and biases, and you must not allow them to influence your verdict.”

Prosecutors allege that Trump misrepresented the purpose of reimbursements to his attorney Michael Cohen over the course of a year. Cohen had paid $130,000 in “hush money” to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. Trump has pleaded not guilty to these charges.
