A woman shopping at a Whole Foods Market in Georgia reported a shocking incident where a man allegedly ejected bodily fluids on her while she shopped.
The Chamblee police arrested Troy Calliste following the incident at the Whole Foods Market located at 5001 Peachtree Boulevard near Clairmont Road on May 11.
Dr. Sabine Lovell, a plastic surgeon, recounted the disturbing encounter to FOX 5 News: “I saw this man walking down the aisle, pretending to shop while holding a basket. He looked like an average guy, maybe in his late 20s or early 30s, nothing particularly suspicious about him. I bent over to grab some chips, and I felt something wet and warm on my back. When I touched the small of my back, I discovered a gooey, white substance. I turned around and saw the man looking at me, then he zipped up his pants.”

Determined to bring attention to the suspect, Dr. Lovell chased Calliste out of the supermarket and into the parking lot. She told FOX 5, “This happened in broad daylight on a Saturday. I’m sure he’s done this before or could escalate to something more serious like rape or murder. I want this on his record and for it to follow him.”
A witness captured a photo of the suspect’s license plate as he got into a black Kia.
Calliste, 28, was arrested in Gwinnett County and charged with sexual battery and public indecency.

Chamblee police reviewed the store’s security camera footage, which appeared to corroborate the victim’s story.
A representative for Whole Foods Market stated that they are fully cooperating with the police investigation.
Calliste is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail.
