A chilling video captured a masked assailant brutally attacking a woman with a belt, choking her unconscious, and then raping her on a deserted Bronx street, in a vile incident last week.

This horrifying attack occurred around 3 a.m. on May 1, when the predator trailed a 45-year-old woman walking along East 152nd Street and Third Avenue, according to police reports.

The footage reveals the attacker swiftly pulling out a belt and looping it around the woman’s neck.

He then forcefully dragged her down the sidewalk, causing her to lose consciousness, as the disturbing video, obtained by The Post, displays.

The assailant proceeded to pull the unconscious woman between two parked cars, where he committed the rape.

The perpetrator escaped the scene immediately after the assault and remained at large as of Thursday.

The NYPD’s Special Victims Unit has taken up the case, intensifying their efforts to apprehend the criminal responsible for this brutal sexual assault.
