Former New York Congressman George Santos has initiated legal action against Jimmy Kimmel, Disney, and ABC, leveling accusations of fraud, contract breaches, unjust enrichment, and copyright violations related to the use of ‘Cameo’ videos on Kimmel’s show.

‘Cameo’ is a platform enabling users to commission personalized videos from celebrities for various occasions, as advertised on its website. However, instead of employing the service for conventional purposes like birthday messages, Kimmel purportedly solicited numerous videos from Santos for use in his program.
